Charles Hayward "Charlie"  Tilley
It is with great sadness that the family of the late Charles Hayward Tilley announces his passing. Charlie passed away from the Central Newfoundland Regional Health Centre, Grand Falls-Windsor, NL on Sunday, March 10th, 2019 at the age of 80 years.

Predeceased by his wife Ruby Tilley; parents- Wilbert and Dora Tilley; parents-in-law – Stanley and Violet Saunders; siblings – Raymond Tilley (Viola), Eileen Ward and Henry Tilley; brother-in-law – Calvin Saunders and nephew – Sheridan Tilley.

Left with fond and loving memories are his children - Dean Tilley, Moncton, NB, Eddie Tilley (Yue Zang), Brampton, ON, Johnney Tilley (Beverly), Springdale, NL, Stephanie Tilley, Baie Verte, NL, David Tilley (Veronica), Red Deer, AB, Dawn Tilley (Dennis Oake), Chilliwack, BC, Dana Regular (Tim), Woodstock, NL, Michael Tilley, Fort McMurray, AB; grandchildren - Melissa, Danielle, Morgan, Alicia, Jesse, Jenna, Madison, Joshua, Hunter, Matthew,Marcus and Erica; great-grandchildren – Angelica, Vera and Ruby; siblings – Mavis Legge (Harry) and Major Joyce Stuckless (Major Ron); siblings-in-law - Lewis Saunders (Annabelle), Stewart Saunders (Carolyn), Wayne Saunders (Daphne), Dorothy Saunders, Ruby Saunders, Amy Tilley and Ford Ward (Phyllis), as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins, and a large circle of other relatives and friends.

Majors Arley and Darlene Masters conducted the Private Family Funeral Service from Foster Funeral Home, Baie Verte, NL on Thursday, March 14th, 2019.

As an expression of sympathy, flowers are gratefully accepted, or donations may be made in Charlie’s memory to The Salvation Army Citadel, La Scie, NL A0K 3M0.

Funeral Arrangements have been entrusted to Foster Funeral Home, 22 Main Street, Baie Verte, NL.
